  1. Ordering
    1. To order from us, you must be 18 years of age.
    2. An order that is carried, using another person's information without that person’s consent, or who causes us financial or other damage will be reported to the police.
    3. If your order or order details are incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the order.
    4. We always guarantee at least 3 months' sustainability on products, counting from the day we send your order.
  2. Prices and payment
    1. The price of items is the one stated on our website at the time the goods were placed in the shopping cart. The stated prices include VAT. You can see the total price including fees, VAT, shipping and payment in the shopping cart.
    2. Payment terms for Klarna can be found in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method.
    3. At the checkout, you can choose to pay by invoice, partial payment, card payment or direct payment.
      All payment methods are handled by Klarna. We do not handle any card details.
  3. Product Info
    1. Since our products are hand-made, we cannot guarantee that the images correspond to the exact appearance of the received product, placement of topping varies slightly for each product. In addition, some color difference may occur depending on monitor, resolution and photo quality. We always do our best to present our products as realistically as possible.
  4. Delivery
    1. We deliver to the address you specified in your order, and it is up to you to ensure that this information is correct.
    2. Delivery generally occurs within 1-4 working days. Note that when goods are out of stock, we produce them to order, which lead to longer delivery times. In case of delay, you can contact us by e-mail and ask about the expected delivery time.
    3. We take a delivery fee of 69 SEK for orders of less than SEK 500.
    4. In case of non-pick-up, deliveries that go to return, you as a customer are still liable for payment according to §5.1 We also reserve the right to charge you a fee of SEK 175 for return shipping and handling.
    5. If your product has been injured during transport, you must immediately report this to the representative where you pick up the shipment. If the item has been sent to your mailbox, please contact us immediately by e-mail.
  5. Return Policy
    1. According to Swedish law, there is no right of withdrawal for food purchases. This is because we cannot guarantee that the product is stored correctly or not subjected to contamination and thus cannot be resold.
    2. If you have received the wrong items when ordering, you should contact us as soon as possible. Note that you as a customer have the right to complain about your product according to §6.
  6. Claims and complaints
    1. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, we are obliged under the Consumer Protection Act to rectify the error or send out an equivalent product.
    2. If we are unable to fix the error or send an equivalent product, we will refund you according to the prevailing consumer protection legislation.
    3. In order to complain about a product, you need to contact us by e-mail and state the following: name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the defect on the product. It should also be clear that this is a complaint. For extra clarity, it is also recommended to attach pictures.
    4. If the complaint is approved, you need to send the defect item back to us. We are then responsible for return fees and will notify you how to return the goods.
  7. Disclaimer
    1. We do not take responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to our products.
    2. We take no responsibility for errors or delays that may arise as a result of circumstances beyond our influence (Force Majeure) such as fire, war or outstanding delivery from a subcontractor.

  9. Data Management.
    1. When you place an order with us, you agree that any personal data you provide is stored within our business in order to complete the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive all information we have registered about you. Should this information be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that we change or delete your information. To change or delete this information, you need to contact us by e-mail.
